Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible U.S. orders.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to change the address, contact us as soon as possible at eizoulyn@outlook.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the fulfillment process.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, first check the tracking information provided by the carrier. If the tracking information has not updated for several business days or the package has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us at eizoulyn@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the package and affected item so that we can assist you.

Returns

Do not send products back to the shipping warehouse without contacting us first. Returns must be authorized and sent to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete return and refund conditions.
